Club membership is twenty-five dollars ($25) per year per household. Dues are payable in January of each year. For new members joining in the first six months of the year (January 1-June 30), dues are $25 for the first year (or part). For new members joining in the second half of the year (July 1-December 31), dues are $12.50 for the first year (or part).
Concurrent membership in Heisey Collectors of America,
(HCA)
is required in accordance with National and Heisey
Club of California by-laws.

Membership includes a one year subscription to the Pony
Express
monthly 8-page educational newsletter and all other membership benefits.
Educational meetings are held in members' homes on the fourth Sunday of every month (January through October) and the second Sunday of December.
